Rules for the Game

Okay these are the directions for the colleseum:
1. user posts a topic challenging another user! Also, states the battle type.
2. The other user must accept by accepting.
3. The user challenged then picks a wager of coins!
4. The winner gets the coins and the loser loses the coins!
